Sergiy Beloy graduated with distinction the University of East London. A honor certificate of his study in the American University was signed by the President of USA.
But despite he never broke the law, all his attempts to obtain working visa in the USA or Europe fair never come true.

In 2002, Beloy launched his first personal website 2D-Infospace.com, and that has CHANGED HIS LIFE:
A huge international IT giant decided that existence of 2D-Infospace.com was as a threat to its intellectual property, -- and practically destroyed Beloy's online business!
While similar corporate's attacks might not be a serious life threat for a rich American, it appeared a completely different story for Beloy, - a citizen of Ukraine (a country with average month salary under $100) ...

On May 21, 2009 Beloy has launched the *SEARCH-MAN* Concept.
